Code § 41.26 (relating to professional corporations); and 49 Pa. (b) A nursing education program shall notify applicants for admission of the program’s approval status and, within 30 days of a change of status, shall notify applicants and students by electronic mail or first class mail that the program’s approval status has changed. (a) If the Board receives information suggesting that a nursing education program has not maintained the standards of this subchapter, the Board will validate the information and will notify the program, in writing, of the alleged deficiency.

Risk factors include other lung diseases such as cystic fibrosis, COPD, and asthma, diabetes, heart failure, a history of smoking, a poor ability to cough such as following a stroke, or a weak immune system.
